Terms of return

It is important to us that you absolutely love your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the items.

Please note, that we accept your return only in case the purchased articles of clothing or accessories (products) are to be returned in their original condition, as follows:

  • All the original product authenticity tags and all textile labels must remain attached;
  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered;
  • All other products must be placed within the original packaging, folded with due care (it is not a problem if the packaging was cut or damaged while opened) ;
  • Items on clearance (50% sale or more) are non-returnable.

Please NOTE: Underwear (*all kinds of undergarments, underwear, stockings, socks, swimwear, and leggings) cannot be returned /.

When trying on items, please do not wear perfume/deodorant/cosmetics that may leave a scent or marks on the item. Also, please keep away from cigarette smoke or any other kind of smoke. We recommend you fold the item after trying it on, put it back in its original package, and close back the envelope, in order to prevent any contact of the product with odors and/or other external factors and to avoid the risk of impairing its original condition.

Any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.

RETURNS 

If you are interested in returning a product, please follow these steps:

  • Please, send us an email to support@kayokka.com no longer than 3 days after delivery. In response, you will receive instructions for returning. 
  • Prepare the package:  The returned articles should be in perfect condition, and labels must remain attached. We kindly ask you to use the original package.
  • Once your return request has been approved, you have to send the product back and you must provide us with the tracking number of the shipment within the next 3 days.

If we do not answer in 3 days after your return request, it means that somehow we have not recieved your mail or you don’t get our reply, so please send us DM on Instagram.

You can return your order with any delivery service. We have no requirements for the method of delivery, as long as it is trackable and safe. The items returned are your responsibility and risk until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way.

We would not be able to refund you before receiving your return and verifying its condition.

All international customers are responsible for the entire return process and also the generated return costs. Also please note all customs duties and taxes, if there are any, will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.

REFUNDS

After receiving the package, if the items are in their original condition, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. After that, the funds will be returned to the card you made the payment with. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 5 working days after processing your order. Depending on your bank or your card or payment service provider.

NOTE

 We try to describe the products on our Web site, as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Web site can differ somewhat from their actual colors KAYOKKA cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
