Payment methods

• You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other payment methods by debit/credit cards. Visa and Mastercard are verified by Secure Code.
• PayPal: Payment can be made with a registered PayPal account or credit card.

Cases of refusal to make a payment:

• The bank card details were entered incorrectly;
• There are not enough funds to pay by this particular bank card;
• The bank card has expired. The validity period of the card, as a rule, is indicated on its front side. You can find out more about the validity period of the card by contacting your bank;
• This particular bank card is not intended to make any payments on the Internet. To find more information, contact your bank.

Our company uses modern methods of verification, encryption, and transmission of data over closed communication channels. The personal information you provide (name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your credit card information is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.

If your country is not on our list or you can’t pay through PayPal, or your Credit/Debit card is not accepted by our system, please contact us at support@kayokka.com.

Order cancellation: 

A paid order cannot be changed, it can be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to  support@kayokka.com  or write in Online-chat or DM on Instagram within 1 hour of your payment confirmation or within 1 day during the weekends or holidays and we will make a refund back to your account. We will not be able to make it possible after.
